I do not have a team. Can I still participate?
Of course! When registering, please select Individual and we will contact you regarding your preferred ride time.
Do I have to have my own bike?
No. We provide stationary bikes and will have a few trainers available for those that would like to ride their own bike but don't have access to a trainer.
Does each rider on my team have to ride the same type of bike?
No. Your team will have a designated spot to ride but team members can switch bikes out as needed.
What's included in my registration fee?
The registration fee includes an event t-shirt, use of bike, use of facilities, water, snacks and 12 hours of entertainment.
Can I pay for my registration with cash or check?
Yes. Just print and fill out the Mail In Registration Form and follow the mailing instructions.
When is the registration deadline?
You may register through the day of the event. However, to guarantee you receive an event t-shirt please register by Feb. 10, 2017.
My child wants to participate. Is there a minimum age requirement?
We encourage riders of all ages to participate. There is no minimum age requirement but all children must be supervised at all times and able to safely ride your team bike or a child size bike on a trainer. Please contact us if you will need access to a child size bike.
How Can I Make a Donation?
Donations can made online using the team & individual fundraising pages via the Donate button or checks made payable to Livestrong or your favorite charity. Checks can be given to participants or mailed to Ultimate Cycle Challenge - 438 Pine Lake Ct., Holland, MI 49424. All donations will be sent to the chartible organization at the conclusion of the event. Tax receipts will be generated at that time and mailed directly to individual donors. Cash donations are accepted but no receipt can be given.
Is there a minimum fundraising requirement?
No. We do not set a minimum fundraising requirement but we encourage everyone to ride for a reason. Online fundraising makes it easy. Set up your fundraising page here.
Can I ride the entire event on my own?
Absolutely. If you want to take on that extreme challenge we say "Go for it!". We ask that you use your best judgement regarding your physical capabilities and monitor yourself throughout the event. While we will have plenty of water and snacks, you may want to bring some of your own favorite training aids. You may take breaks as often as needed.
Will there be shower facilities?
Unfortunately, our venue does NOT have showers available. However, the restrooms are large enough for changing and "cleaning up". Please bring your own toiletry needs and towel.
Can friends & family come to watch?
Of course! We encourage everyone to come to the event to see what it's all about and support our particpants.
